my camera was stolen a few weeks ago so i lost a lot of my pics, esp for 365...grrr! but hopefully i can get back on the ball and get some things up this weekend maybe. ive had strep for over a week and ive been so tired for about 2 weeks. i get to go to the doc tomorrow hopefully so i can get this cleared out. and the i will be back :)

wow this month flew by! anyway here are a few updates on he kiddies! ya know, i really wish i could remember just a few of the conversations i have with my kids that have me laughing or gushing. im going to try and make a point of it.

jaden had his school hoedown last week. i couldnt have been more proud of him. he was so excited all week because i said i would go (of course i was going!). he did a wonderful job!

5 teeth!

i cant believe my son just lost his 5th tooth! 5 teeth in about a year is a little too much for me...lol. it happened friday night and i told him, if he just lost it a few hours earlier he could have been a jack-o-lantern for halloween! so the other top tooth is loose too, i guess that one will be gone in a few weeks, then he can sing "all i want for christmas" :)

as i watch you sleep i cant imagine what my life would be without you. i can barely remember life before you, it feels like you have been here with me forever! 9 years ago you came struggling into this world and while you havent had the easiest life, youve had a happy one. weve had a lot of good times and a lot of bad but i wouldnt change them for anything. i am so happy and grateful to have you here, with me, everyday. and while sometimes i do need my break, it makes me so happy to see the smile on your face when you see me and know your coming home. and i love the look on your face when you step off the school bus, or see me when i come pick you up from school. i wouldnt trade it for the world! i love the fact you still give me hugs and kisses and you are not embarrassed. i love doing girl scouts with you and i love to listen to you sing in the car. i love to see your beautiful smile and i love the poems and drawings you make for me. i noticed a drawing today you made at school. you had me and you written on the front and your favorite number is 30. why? because your birthday is on the 30th and because i just turned 30. you are so sweet and i love you more than words can describe. i hope you have a great day at school today and you have the best birthday ever!

off to school!

today was maia and jadens first day of school. we had to get up bright and early since maia has to get on the bus at 7 and jaden goes at 8. it went pretty well and i can only hope that every morning is as uneventful as today.

the first pic is maia. thats all i could take since she practically ran on the bus. not sure if she was dodging me or just nervous. i turned to get the camera and she was gone. no i love you's, see ya laters, have a good day. nothin. i expect nothing more also.

of course i got it all with jaden though. i can always count on him...lol i hope both my babies are having a great first day and i cant wait to see them when i get home!

oh and i would like to add that this morning i cooked my children french toast. yes! i, elise, was up this morning slaving over a pan at 6am! can you believe it - see i do love my children :)
